My Story
I've always been a helper. Even as a little girl, I was the one checking in on people, making sure everyone was okay. That instinct — to care, to connect, to support — has been at the heart of everything I've done.
Over the years I built a career in merchandising and operations, managing teams and watching people grow. I've always been someone who believes in others, sometimes before they believe in themselves. Seeing someone step into their potential — that never gets old.
But it was during a period of real change in my own life that I found my way to counselling training. After being made redundant following the birth of my daughter, I found a new path — and when I finally had the time and space to ask what do I actually want to give to the world?, the answer was clear. I wanted to use everything I'd learned about people, connection, and compassion to help others find their way through the difficult stuff.
I qualified as a counsellor accredited with the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), and I work online with adults across the UK.
